“Empowering women to live a life authentic to their values“
Sepi Tajima is a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and a Mindful Self-Discipline coach focused on empowering women to have better relationships and better lives. Sepi comes from a medical background, has a post-grad diploma in Applied Psychotherapy, and a Master’s Degree in Counselling. She is the creator of The Resilient Woman program.
Her superpowers are empathy, compassion and emotional intelligence. Sepi has experience supporting people with stress management, trauma healing, loneliness, self-worth, parenting, life purpose, depression, grief and loss—which makes her uniquely positioned to support your journey of self-discipline if you struggle in any of these areas.
If you feel that traumatic experiences in your past are holding you back; or if you are still dealing with the aftermath of bullying, childhood neglect, or repressive parents; or if it’s hard to find your own voice, own what you want, and feel that you are worth it—then Sepi’s trauma-informed approach to goal-setting will meet you where you are, and help you move forward.
As a Mindful Self-Discipline coach, Sepi can help you navigate the emotional challenges of lack of self-belief, low self-confidence, feelings of unworthiness, and dealing with unsupportive people in your environment. Once you learn the tools to effectively overcome these challenges and get your power back, staying disciplined with your goals becomes much, much easier.
